CHANGE YOUR WHOLE WELL BEING THROUGH LUCID DREAMING

Imagine using dreams as a simulation to try out your new ideas, confront your fears and enhance your life.  Just like going through training in a videogame before playing a hard level you can learn to practice simulating hard parts of life through controlling your dreams.

“While we are mostly unaware of our nightly dreams while we dream, Tim Post has trained countless individuals around the world to attain dream awareness in dreams. Remarkably, “lucid” dreamers can learn to consciously reshape their dreams while dreaming and give rise to profound dream experiences.

We can learn to become conscious in our dreams and use the dreams to enhance and better understand our lives.  When we are facing our fears in our dreams it can represent real parts of our waking life symbolically.

First of all what are the basics to Lucid Dreaming?

During the day, repeatedly ask yourself “Am I dreaming?”  Try to do something outside of the normal realm of reality such as hovering above the ground or reaching through a wall.  This repetition will remind you to randomly try your test while you are dreaming.  If the test proves you are asleep then you can begin creating a new dream, start flying or go wherever your imagination takes you.

Keep a Journal of your dreams.  This way you can track your progress and learn more about dream interpretation.  If you don’t remember your dreams then you won’t know if you’re lucid dreaming worked.  When you first wake up, before you are fully awake, write trigger words to remind you of your dream or do a quick audio recording of yourself talking about your dreams.  Trigger words would be the big symbols of your dream such as people, places, events, feelings, etc.

REM Cycles are Key to Lucid Dreaming!   We typically go into REM or Rapid Eye Movement cycles of sleep when we first fall asleep and when we are about to wake up.

If you want to have a lucid dream try taking a nap a few hours after getting up in the morning for the best results.
